1. Using gamma ray sterilization, in line with the requirements of
the radiation sterilization method in the 2010 edition of the
Chinese Pharmacopoeia;
2. The bottom grid is convenient for colony counting; the raised
bright line is conducive to the attachment of the medium; the step
design makes it easy to open the lid;
3. The bottom curved protrusion makes the agar contact with the
largest area of the plane and is not easy to fall off;
4. Unique lock, which makes the lid and the plate not easy to
loose, and ensures the breathability;
5. The effective surface area of the medium is 25cm2, which meets
the requirements of the new GMP surface microbial sampling
requirements;

Inspection result editing
The sampled contact discs should be placed in an incubator of 20 to
25 degrees and 30 to 35 degrees for 7 days. After the culture, the
contact discs are observed, and the number of bacteria per unit
area (one square is one square centimeter) is calculated. The
observation of colony morphology and the number of colonies were
initially classified and identified.
