License plate hot stamping effect requirements:
Blot appearance:
After hot stamping, the characters transferred to the surface of
the number plate and the border of the border should be neat and
burr-free. The surface of the imprinted surface should be uniform
in color, and there should be no obvious defects such as peeling,
curling, wrinkles, grain impurities and missing printing.
Adhesion performance:
After the hot stamping, the metal material plate is peeled off with
an adhesive tape, and the print should not be detached or warped.
Sand resistance performance:
The metal material plate after hot stamping should be able to
withstand wind and sand, and the surface should not be damaged,
sunken, peeled off, faded and other defects.
